Refund & Exchanges Policy

Refund & Exchange Eligibility
Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Products must be returned in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Please note that any product returned opened, unsealed, or used will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for unopened and unused products on a case-by-case basis, subject to product availability.
Please contact us before returning any product to discuss available options.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The return is approved due to a fulfillment error
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aspire Care Shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
